Our Fees

You pay us nothing up front. Tell Del’s personal injury lawyer fees are based on a percentage of the amount we recover for you. And if there is no recovery, there is no fee.

NO RECOVERY, NO FEE.

As with most personal injury lawyers in Vancouver or BC, the fee is 30% of the settlement. This is the fee no matter how big or small your injury is. Note that if you do not have a personal injury lawyer working on your behalf, ICBC will usually deduct at least 30% from their offer.
