Del Feller – Senior Personal Injury Lawyer

For over 35 years, Del Feller has made handling personal injury and ICBC claims his specialty. In addition to being a personal injury lawyer in Vancouver, Del served as a RCMP officer gaining extensive knowledge of BC’s traffic control laws—and how accidents are investigated by the police and ICBC. It comes as no surprise that Del is exceptionally proficient in analyzing traffic accident circumstances and the resulting injuries.

Ever since his firm was created in 1974 in Vancouver, Del has been successfully working against ICBC and standing up for the rights of accident victims. Del is passionate about obtaining a fair settlement for his clients, and he isn’t afraid to take a claim to trial.

Del is an active volunteer and served on the board for the Western Canada Society to Access Justice, a non-profit organization offering pro bono legal services. Del has also made a substantial contribution to provincial legislation involving the removal of the limitation period for victims of sexual abuse.
